"Your crew has truly been great from start to finish. Edith did a great job tracking everything and making changes (it was VERY chaotic on our end!). I cannot say enough of how wonderful and professional she was to work with.

Delivery was great - using the app to track and having an ETA so I could get my team ready was so unexpected, but I rarely get something like that and it helps so much to plan timing.

Everything showed up in such good shape and was well taken care of. The install crew all knew what was going on and it went much quicker than expected on both the install and the out. Omar, Chris, Jonathan, and Jesus were all fantastic.

And Armando is the absolute BEST. He really keeps his team moving. It is amazing how much they unload and how quickly they get that done with three floors of rentals! We had one small hiccup (no big deal AT ALL) with a rug placed on Level 3 instead of Level 1, and he came back to get it all taped down for us.
